Francene's Story of One Ectopic Pregnancy and Multiple Miscarriages

Francene was one of my first Instagram friends after going through my ectopic pregnancy, so I'm super excited to have her on this episode! She has a lovely daughter named Luna from earlier in her marriage. When she and her husband decided to expand their family further, they realized it was much harder than the first time.
 
Francene suffered multiple miscarriages and one ectopic pregnancy over the last few years. After many tests and appointments, they decided it was time for IVF. They started the process earlier this year, and I'm overjoyed to hear they are expecting!!!

Cara's Very Recent Ectopic Pregnancy Story

Cara found out she was pregnant in January of this year (2025), and it was her first pregnancy ever. Based on her symptoms, she knew in her heart that something wasn't right. After lab work and a couple of visits to her OB's office, her pregnancy was diagnosed as ectopic.

Amy joins me as my second guest from the United Kingdom. She and her husband found out they were expecting on Christmas Even in 2024. After weeks of scans and tests, she was diagnosed with an ectopic pregnancy. Amy decided to try to treat it with methotrexate but ended up needing surgery one week later.
